Complaints Procedure
Complaints may be either verbal or written.
Complaints may be directed at either:
- Registered Manager
- Matron in Charge
Complaints will be recorded and acted upon as soon as is practicable.
The complainant will be notified by the Registered Manager in writing upon completion of an investigation or within twenty-eight days, whichever is the sooner.
The Complainant will be invited to meet with the Registered Manager if they wish to do so.
If the complainant is still not satisfied they are able to raise a comlaint with the regulatory body as follows:
