I am writing to thank you for all your care for Roma over the past nine months. I was pleased with the way she settled and with the many activities that were run at the home. Thank you all for the kindness throughout and particularly during the last days of her life. She was touched when some of the staff kissed her when she came back from hospital last week. It is little touches like this that make the Priory a home rather than an institution. I am pleased she died among friends and not in hospital.
